    Subsidy Framework & Eligibility

Why does an ISFP double the cost cap?

Having an eligible Individual Renovation Roadmap (ISFP) doubles the recognized eligible cost cap from 30,000 EUR to 60,000 EUR per residential unit per year and unlocks the +5% ISFP bonus.

How is the 70% max heating grant calculated?

The heating grant (KfW 458) combines the base grant (30%), climate speed bonus (20%), efficiency bonus (5%), and income bonus (30%), capped at a statutory maximum of 70%.
