    Context

    Funding overview 2025

    The Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings () is the central instrument. It comprises individual measures (BAFA grant) and efficiency building loans (KfW). Additionally, there is the tax renovation bonus (§ 35c EStG) and municipal programmes. The bonus (+5%) and climate speed bonus (+20% for heating replacement) significantly increase funding rates.
    BEG guideline as of 01.01.2025. Heating funding: max. 70% (base 30% + speed bonus 20% + income bonus 30%, capped at 70%).
